NEXT Internship program is designed to equip you through a combination of classroom learning, hands-on experiences, and personal coaching.
Four key areas of focus are:
- Personal Development

- Leadership Training
- Practical Ministry Application
Whether you feel called to full-time ministry or simply want to learn to minister more effectively, NEXT is set-up to develop you through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on experience.
Two nights a week the classroom environment involves lectures, group discussions, and learning laboratories. During the course of the term, interns will read and interact with at least six books and complete a variety of special projects.
Throughout the semester you will also be shadowing different ministry areas outside the classroom to gain hands-on learning experiences and develop your leadership through personal coaching.

For married couples, tuition is $1300, which covers both spouses in the program. Spouses may attend as many classroom meetings as desired, without expectation of completed coursework.
Tuition is due by August 23rd, payable by check to Milestone Church, “NEXT Internship” on the memo line.

N1 Semester: August through December
N2 Semester: January through May
Classroom: Tuesday evening (2 hours) and Thursday evening (2 hours)
Practical Ministry: Serving at Weekend Services (5 hours)
We will design and coordinate a range of service schedules taking
Married with children: Serve Saturday or Sunday and attend one service that day.
Single: Serve a combination of services on Saturday and Sunday and attend one.
On average, the combined workload of classroom time, practical ministry service and homework will equal roughly 20 hours per week.
