Mike Banas brings decades of ministry experience to the Milestone Team in his role as Associate Pastor of Pastoral Care. With a desire to see healthy individuals and families built in the church, Mike serves in our Connections department providing Pastoral Care to our Milestone family. He ensures that every member of our church is personally cared for through small group leaders and ministry teams.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and Insurance from Arizona State University and ongoing Graduate work at The King’s University, Mike has spent the last 20 years in church leadership serving as an Elder, Associate Pastor, and Lead Pastor in various churches across Texas. In 2013, he joined the Milestone Pastoral Team. Mike and his wife, Mary, supply a wealth of family and parenting wisdom to our community having raised four successful adult children: Meghan, Molly, Moriah, and Michael. Every day, Mike is deeply motivated to see the people of Milestone Church pastored and cared for in their spiritual and practical needs.
