First Time Guest

Parking

Where do I park?
From the moment you pull onto campus, our parking team and greeters will help you find your way.  We have parking for first-time guests right in front of our main entrance. Once inside the building, grab a cup of free coffee and find a place to sit in the Worship Center.

Kids

If you have children stop by the Milestone Kids kiosk, located by the Playzone in the Commons. Your child will be registered and given a name-tag with a unique code, so you can be sure you're the only one allowed to pick up your child after service. A greeter will escort you to your child’s class, where our Children’s Ministry volunteers will welcome your child with open arms.

Online Check-In For Families With Children

First time to visit Milestone? We want to make the check-in process for your children as easy as possible. Click the link below and you’ll be directed to our online check-in form. When you arrive on campus, you’re ready to go. Just stop by the Milestone Kids First Time Guest Check-In Desk to pick up your safety tags. One of our Milestone Kids volunteers will walk you and your child to their classroom.

First Time Guest Kids Check-In

At Milestone, children are a priority. We consider it an honor to encourage and equip parents to invest in the next generation (Proverbs 22:6). Our Children's & Student Ministries are a safe and fun environment for your kids to grow in their relationship with God and others. We prioritize children because we understand they are a gift from God (Psalm 127:3). At Milestone, we believe you don't have to wait to be great. You can be a great kid now!

As a church, we know we are developing tomorrow's leaders by sowing biblical truths into their hearts. Children naturally want to know they have a significant purpose in life and our hope is to see each child fulfill that God-given purpose. It's never too early to start learning about God and His love for us! Milestone offers the following weekend programs for your kids:

Milestone Kids Preschool | Birth - 5 years old
Milestone Kids | Kindergarten - 4th Grade
FIFTY6 | 5th - 6th Grade
SEVENTY8 | 7th - 8th Grade

What if my children need me while I'm in the service?
Each week when your child checks in, you will receive a security tag with a unique code. If your child needs you during service, your child's code will appear on message boards under the screens in the Worship Center.

Guest Suite

If it's your first time to be our guest, make sure to stop by our Guest Suite. This room is all about helping you have a great experience as our guest. We have free resources, hospitality items, drinks, gum, mints, bottled water, and more to add value to you and your family. Dedicated team members will be excited to meet you and assist however possible. The Guest Suite, located in the center of the Commons, is open 30 minutes before and after all services.

FAQ

What are Milestone's services like?

Our hope is to reach people and connect them with God and one another. We often hear we’re one of the friendliest churches people have experienced. Our services have an authentic, down-to-earth feel that invites you to participate at whatever level you feel comfortable. The total length is a little over an hour. Afterward, you can grab a cup of free coffee, connect with others, or meet our greeters and staff in the Commons.

What are Pastor Jeff’s messages like?

Pastor Jeff communicates with a warm, humorous, and personal style. Each weekend you'll find his messages are Bible-based, offering practical life guidance rich in wisdom yet easy to understand. Whether you have been following Christ for some time or are curious about what a relationship with God looks like, you’ll feel as if Pastor Jeff is talking to you right in your own living room.

What kind of worship can I expect at Milestone?

Heartfelt worship is led by our worship team. Our goal is to encounter God in an authentic way in our time together.

What is appropriate to wear in church?

Whatever you normally wear. We are more concerned with meeting you than with what you wear. At Milestone, you'll see nearly every style of clothing, from casual to business professional.
