VBS Week: June 25-27 (Tues-Thurs) 7:30am-5:00pm.

Evan grew up in a Christian home and went to church regularly. As a teenager, he started dealing with depression, anxiety and fear. He became angry with God because of the heaviness he was carrying. At the beginning of 2022, his family began attending Milestone Church, and within a couple months he heard about NGSL and applied. He came in not knowing anyone and didn't engage much at first. But one day while worshiping in NGSL, he had a powerful moment with God and felt the Holy Spirit come upon Him.
He began passionately pursuing Jesus, making friendships, and taking steps in his own leadership development. At an overnight retreat with NGSL, he released the anger he had been holding onto for years and now feels closer with God.
In Evan's own words, "Joining NGSL was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Words can't describe how thankful I am for al the pastors, leaders, and students who were a part of NGSL. Now, not only do I have friends, but I have a spiritual family."
